Bensenville recognized GIS implementation as a key part of the Village’s 2030 Strategic Plan. In order to fulfill this goal, the Village joined the GIS Consortium in 2015. By having long term strategy goals not only for GIS, but for the Village of Bensenville as a whole, the Consortium is able to help identify challenges and opportunities for GIS to assist in the successful completion of the strategic plan.
